The PIN / Wireless Model Shower Timer allows for up to 10 ‘users’ to have their own unique pre-programmed shower times. Access to these individualised shower times is through 5 digit PIN codes which have been assigned to each of the ‘users’.

Installation
Installation can be for wireless or wired connection (via the data cable supplied). The wireless connection is almost always successful over at least 20 mtrs.
Cut into the hot water pipe serving only the shower to install the solenoid valve. The touch pad can easily be installed in or near the bathroom.
Plug the 24 V power pack (supplied) into the 240 V power supply and connect the output to the Control Unit. The 240 V socket must be located near the Solenoid Valve. An extension lead may help.

How It Works
The control box receives signals from the touch pad in the bathroom which in turn controls the solenoid valve.
When ready to shower, put in your personal PIN and turn on the water. The hot and cold water taps still control the temperature and water flow, as per usual.
One minute before your showering time expires, the hot water is cut off for one second. This short burst of cold water gives you adequate warning to finish up your showering.
Please Note
Putting in a PIN again at any time during the available showering time has no effect.
To save even more money, replace your current shower head with a Water Saving shower head.
Programming
Using the touch pad, establish the 8 digit code for the ‘major user’. This code is used to set up all the program codes and showering times for up to 10 people.
Now set the current time into the touch pad which will then allow the ‘turn-over time’ to be programmed in. Each user is allowed only one shower per 24 hour period which resets at the ‘turn-over time’.
Pre-Program codes and available showering time for each person in your household.
The option is available for the ‘major user’ to grant an extra shower to a user during the same 24 hour period.
(Power failure will not change these settings)
